A Beginner's Guide to Shooting and Editing 360º Video Content

Recently, I've had the unique opportunity to work on 360º Video Content for Universal. At the time, there weren't any other production companies shoot and editing this kind of work, so we had a chance to learn every aspect of the process from scratch. Here are a few of the key things to think about when planning, shooting and editing 360 Video content.

5. Prepare your files

Make sure GoPros are individual files

Concatenate if cut into multi clips using MPEG Streamclip

6. Synchronize

APV has tool, but it sometimes fails

Manually sync using Premiere pro
